Consumer confidence
Discover consumers’ views of themselves and their own financial situation
In the current economic climate it is especially important that you understand how consumers - your actual or potential customers - are feeling financially. The Consumer Confidence Monitor from BMRB Omnibus allows you to discover consumers’ views of themselves and their own financial situation.
The survey covers areas that contribute to a consumer’s overall confidence, including: - Financial security - Job security - Confidence in the housing market - Expenditure on basic necessities - Cutbacks that they may have made recently, and - Likely future expenditure.
Turbulent times
As we are experiencing changes to the economic landscape from day to day, consumer confidence will also change. BMRB Omnibus’ Consumer Confidence Monitor is run regularly to ensure that you can keep abreast of consumers’ views.
How can I get the data?
The Consumer Confidence Monitor is available exclusively (and free of charge) to clients spending more than ten thousand pounds per year with BMRB Omnibus and to clients wishing to add their own questions to the tracker (subject to availability).
